Job summary

Level Up Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Regional Account Manager to lead a portfolio of automotive dealer clients across the region, building relationships with senior decision-makers and driving sales performance.

You will meet clients, analyse performance, coach sales teams and implement commercial plans. The role combines account management, sales and consultancy with a field-based, Monday–Friday schedule and a fully expensed company car.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and confident with people.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face-to-face and build relationships with managers and senior decision-makers.
• Review sales performance and identify improvements.
• Agree commercial action plans and help clients implement them.
• Coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance.
• Delivering training sessions and presentations.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities.
• Managing your diary, territory and priorities.
