Job summary

Serco Limited in Watton is seeking a Refuse & Recycling Loader to join our Breckland team. You will provide a complete waste and recycling service to residents and local businesses, working with a professional team to keep streets clean and safe.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm and Saturdays after bank holidays. A supportive culture with development opportunities and a range of benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and healthy.
• Dedicated, friendly and professional team player - punctuality is very important.
• Willing to go the extra mile on your rounds to help your team hit its targets.

Responsibilities

• Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
• You will be the public face of Serco's Environmental Services team in the community.
• Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in!
