Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking refuse loaders to join a team for residential and commercial waste collection. You will work in crews of 3–4, loading and unloading trucks, with early starts around 05:45 and typical finish around 14:00. Training is provided, and attendance is important for this client.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime sometimes available. A strong work ethic and ability to walk long distances are essential for daily duties and team

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be physically fit and able to walk long distances.
• Attendence record required due to client policy.
• Able to work in a team setting and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in residential and commercial garden waste, glass and general waste collection.
• Work in teams of 3-4 loaders to load/unload trucks safely.
• Start times around 05:45; finish around 14:00 with potential Saturday overtime.
• Temp to perm position; full-time hours.
