Jobsworth Recruitment Solution - Droitwich Driving is seeking Refuse Loaders for an immediate start in Worcester, offering a 4-day week and a temp-to-perm potential.

The role involves collecting household waste, loading bins, and working as part of a team outdoors; hours are 06:30–16:45, Tuesday to Friday, at £12.21 per hour.

Reliable and physically fit candidates with a good work ethic are preferred; previous waste experience is beneficial but not essential.

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for an immediate start in Worcester.

This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
Hours: 06:30 – 16:45
4-day working week
Immediate starts available
