Job summary

CRC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Refuse Loader based in Daventry. Working Monday to Friday 06:00 until finish, you will be outdoors in all weather, handling heavy lifting while helping maintain the local area. You’ll be part of a small team and interact with the public.

Previous cleaning or street cleansing experience is welcome but training and support will be provided. You should be comfortable working as an individual and in a team, with good communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a cleaning or street cleansing environment is ideal, but training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues and members of the public.
• An eye for detail, combined with delivering great customer service.

Our long-standing client is currently looking to recruit a Refuse Loaders based in Daventry. You will be working within a small team and being a visible part of maintaining the local area.

Please be aware that you will be working outside in all weather conditions and will be also interacting with the general public.

This is a physical role and will include a lot of heavy lifting and walking.

Our Successful Candidate:

• If you have previous experience within a cleaning or street cleansing environment this would be ideal, however we are happy to offer full support and training if you can demonstrate.
