Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Refuse Loader in the Cheltenham area to support operations within a Waste and Recycling Company. The role involves loading, collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises, and ensuring clean and safe handling of recycling materials.

Shift patterns run 6:45am-3pm, Monday to Friday. The position offers weekly pay, pension contributions, and opportunities for ongoing assignments throughout 2026.

Job description

The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated Refuse Loader in the Cheltenham area to support operations within a Waste and Recycling Company. Possible permanent position following completion of a successful trial period

Pay Rates:

• £13.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises
• Loading bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts
• Emptying recycling boxes into designated sections of purpose-built vehicle
• Litter picking

Shift Pattern:

• 6:45am-3pm
• Monday - Friday
