The Best Connection Group Limited in Cheltenham is recruiting a reliable refuse loader to support waste and recycling operations. The role involves collecting refuse, loading bins with mechanical lifts, and litter picking. Shift 6:45am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday; a permanent position may follow a successful trial period.

Refuse Loader in the

Cheltenham area to support operations within a

Waste and Recycling Company. Possible permanent position following completion of a successful trial period

Pay Rates:

• £13.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises
• Loading bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts
• Emptying recycling boxes into designated sections of purpose-built vehicle
• Litter picking

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

• 6:45am-3pm
• Monday - Friday
