Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a reliable Refuse Loader in the Cheltenham area to support operations within a Waste and Recycling Company. Possible permanent position following completion of a successful trial period.

Shifts are 6:45am-3pm, Monday to Friday. Expect physical work loading bins, collecting refuse, and basic litter picking on busy routes. Weekly pay, 28 days annual leave, pension contributions, online payslips and flexible shift patterns are offered.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises.
• Loading bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts.
• Emptying recycling boxes into designated sections of the vehicle.
• Litter picking on collection routes.

• £13.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises
• Loading bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts
• Emptying recycling boxes into designated sections of purpose-built vehicle
• Litter picking

Shift Pattern:

• 6:45am-3pm
• Monday - Friday
