Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a reliable Refuse Loader in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Waste and Recycling Company. This is an ongoing assignment with potential of permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Pay rate is £13.60 per hour. Shift is 6:45am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with benefits including weekly pay, 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE, pension contribution, online payslips, and flexible shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing.

Responsibilities

• Collect refuse from domestic and trade premises.
• Load bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts.
• Empty recycling boxes into designated sections of the vehicle.
• Litter picking.

• Loading bins onto a collection vehicle using mechanical lifts
• Emptying recycling boxes into designated sections of purpose-built vehicle
• Litter picking

Shift Pattern:

• 6:45am-3pm
• Monday - Friday
