Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Refuse Loader in Bedfordshire, covering Dunstable and Bedford. You will join a three-person team to collect commercial and domestic waste, loading materials onto collection vehicles and assisting the driver on routes.

The role is outdoors, physically active, with full training and PPE provided, and a route to permanent employment. The position offers a wage of £12.71 per hour, with weekly pay and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a large waste management company based in Bedfordshire. You will work as part of a 3-person team, assisting with the collection of commercial and household waste from local homes and businesses.

This is a physically active outdoor role offering full training, PPE, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.

Duties Include:

• Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties
• Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes
• Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles
