Job summary

Generator Power in Normanton is recruiting a Refueller to join the depot team. You will be responsible for refuelling generators, collecting equipment, and keeping the yard tidy, with duties including washing equipment and liaising with the store team.

The role requires a UK driving license, towing experience, and forklift familiarity, with 4x4 experience preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a company pension and loyalty scheme.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or demonstrated experience.
• UK Driving license is required.
• Towing experience preferred.
• ADR awareness is beneficial.
• 4x4 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect generators, fuel tanks and ancillaries.
• Refuel generators.
• Sweep workshops and yard areas daily.
• Maintain tidiness of workshop and yard areas.
• Prepare and store cables.
• Wash generators and equipment.
• Liaise with Storeman on yard requirements.
• Collect fencing and other ad hoc duties.

Working Hours

• 4 on 4 off.
• 06:00 - 18:00.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Collection of generators, fuel tanks and ancillaries.
• Refueling Generators.
• Ensure the workshops and yard areas are swept on a daily basis.
• Maintaining the tidiness of the workshop and yard areas.
• Preparation and storage of cables.
• Washing of Generators and Equipment.
• Liaise with Storeman on yard requirements.
• Collecting Fencing.
• Other Adhoc duties.

Qualifications required

• Forklift.

• Towing experience.
• ADR Awareness.
