Job summary

Generator Power seeks a Refueller for our Warrington depot to operate on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. You will be responsible for collecting generators and fuel tanks, refuelling units, and maintaining tidy workshop and yard areas.

The role requires a forklift licence, a full UK driving licence, towing experience and ADR awareness. Working hours feature 12-hour shifts over a 4 on/4 off cycle, with overtime available at competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and driving licence are mandatory.
• Experience towing trailers or heavy equipment is required.
• ADR awareness is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect generators, fuel tanks and ancillary equipment.
• Refuel generators.
• Keep workshop and yard tidy, including sweeping daily.
• Prepare and store cables.
• Wash generators and equipment.
• Coordinate with Storeman on yard requirements.
• Collect fencing and other materials as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Our services cover hospitals, festivals, renewable energy, telecoms, general construction, and we are the largest supplier to the utilities sector.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Refueller to join our Warrington depot on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Collection of generators, fuel tanks, and ancillary equipment.
• Refuelling generators.
• Maintain tidiness of workshop and yard areas, including sweeping daily.
• Preparation and storage of cables.
• Washing of generators and equipment.
• Liaise with Storeman regarding yard requirements.
• Collecting fencing and other materials as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Working Hours:

• 4 on / 4 off shifts (including weekends).
• 12-hour shifts (exact times to be confirmed).

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Forklift licence.
• Full UK driving licence.

• 4x4 driving experience.
