Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder seeks a Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join a Southwest England team. The role is remote with regional/national travel, based from Exeter area, delivering hands-on refrigeration installations within project teams or independently.

You’ll work across refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and related tasks on live sites and outages. The position includes on-call duties, site communication and complex installation work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• F-Gas certification is essential.
• Proven refrigeration experience.
• CSCS card required for site access.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel regionally or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Install refrigeration equipment including freezers, fridges and cooling systems.
• Install pumps, pipework, heating and ventilation systems.
• Carry out plumbing, fabric, groundwork and general fitting tasks.
• Read site RAMS and ensure compliance.
• Read and interpret P&IDs and drawings.
• Communicate with clients and site leads when required.
• Support on-call breakdowns and travel to sites as needed.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and project teams.
