Marks & Spencer is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to own and develop refrigeration specifications across our stores. You will partner with Store Design and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered right first time and drive energy efficiency and refrigerant strategy across multiple sites.

The role requires a degree-level refrigeration qualification, strong technical knowledge, and experience managing relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors, with a focus on

• Degree-level refrigeration qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems: design, specification and maintenance.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, consultants and contractors across multiple sites.
• Practical knowledge of refrigeration legislation and HSE requirements, including F-Gas regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously develop refrigeration specifications to meet business needs and sustainability commitments.
• Collaborate with Store Design and stakeholders to deliver store concepts right first time.
• Identify and lead engineering innovation for energy efficiency and refrigerant strategy.
• Review equipment performance, identify root causes and develop improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Build relationships across Construction, Facilities Management, Procurement, consultants and suppliers.
