Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer for a site-based role in Dartford, working with a well-established food manufacturing company. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production machinery and refrigeration systems, with a clear pathway into management through PLC training.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 with training, flexible start/finish, and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Refrigeration Engineer or similar.
• Manufacturing background.
• Willing to commute to Dartford.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of food production machinery.
• Diagnosing and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Site-based role with daytime hours.
• Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 5 pm.
