Job summary

Oyster Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer in the United Kingdom to diagnose complex faults on commercial and industrial plants at customer sites. You will use the latest diagnostic tools and provide high-quality support on field assignments.

This field-based role offers a base salary up to £50,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000+, private medical insurance, company bonus, enhanced pension and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a field-based Service Technician or Refrigeration Engineer.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• NVQ L2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent industry related qualification
• A valid F-Gas certification (or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of commercial and industrial plants and equipment using cutting-edge diagnostic tools.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs and commissioning work on customer sites.
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Participating in an on-call rota
