Job summary

Staffline is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join the team in Tunbridge Wells/Kent. You will maintain a major UK supermarket estate, performing planned and reactive refrigeration tasks across multiple stores with a structured on-call rota.

The role offers a 40-hour week, with a salary of £47,676.66 including standby (1:4), plus 25 days’ holiday and 8 bank holidays. A company van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and IT equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1) qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across retail sites.
• Working with CO refrigeration pack systems.
• Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement where required.
• Completing PPMs, reactive work and repairs during planned store visits.
• Carrying out small alterations and installations within your competence.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced RefrigerationEngineerto join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

You’ll be working on a major UK supermarket estate, carrying out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across multiple stores. The work is structured, the expectations are clear, and the on-call rota is planned.
