Job summary

Staffline in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a major supermarket estate. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple stores on CO refrigeration pack systems, with a structured on-call rota and defined expectations.

The role offers a permanent contract, a 45-hour week, 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, and all necessary tools and equipment provided to support reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience with planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance in retail environments.
• Ability to diagnose faults and recommend repairs.
• Familiar with CO refrigeration pack systems and PPMs.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced RefrigerationEngineerto join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

You’ll be working on a major UK supermarket estate, carrying out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across multiple stores. The work is structured, the expectations are clear, and the on-call rota is planned.
