The Vacancy

Job Function:

To undertake planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance works alongside the refrigeration maintenance team, operating in compliance with company policy and procedures.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Represent the company professionally and develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Deliver planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance works on site according to project specifications and within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with the Account Manager to ensure maintenance works are delivered on time and to specification.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions, and promote safe work practices on site.
• Identify and resolve repair, maintenance, and installation issues affecting the programme.
• Maintain company vehicle (if provided) in a clean, well-maintained, and serviced condition.
• Follow any other reasonable management instructions.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Delivery of work according to specifications and within timescales.
• Achieve and maintain 100% H&S and job-related competence.
• Maintain company vehicle (if applicable).
