Our client, a specialist Refrigeration & Process Cooling contractor based in Greater Manchester, is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to cover the area between the East Midlands and North London. The company provides design, installation, service, and maintenance of various Large Commercial/Light Industrial Refrigeration equipment.

Refrigeration Engineer - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £40,000 DOE
• Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x
• Door to door travel paid
• 1 in 5 on-call rota, with £150 standby allowance + overtime rates for call-outs

Responsibilities

The Refrigeration Engineer will perform planned and reactive service tasks, attend breakdowns, fault-find, and carry out maintenance on Cold Rooms, Chillers, Process Cooling Systems, Blast Freezers, Spiral Freezers, and similar equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Chiller & Process Cooling experience
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience as a time-served engineer
• Full Driving Licence
• Located between the Midlands & North London
