Job Description:

RPS are currently partnering with CoolKit Ltd, a market leader in the manufacture of temperature-controlled vehicle conversions, where innovation, quality, and customer service are at the heart of everything they do.

We are currently seeking a Transport Engineer to support their growing engineering team, as the business expands its reach in the South East.

This is an amazing time to join a growing team with a clear vision for the future and rapidly expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect, service, and diagnose refrigeration systems to address performance and efficiency issues.
• Repair and replace components across a variety of refrigeration units.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with on-site customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support a smooth and efficient day-to-day operational environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on vehicle refrigeration units
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with refrigerated systems
• Solid understanding of auto electrical systems and mechanical principles
• Comfortable using tools and machinery, gained through formal education or practical experience
• F-Gas certification is required
