JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer for a full-time, permanent role in Stockton-on-Tees. The position offers an OTE £52,000–£58,000, dependent on experience, with a company van and on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning engineer with Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 (FGas).
• Experience on a variety of refrigeration systems: fridges, freezers, display cabinets, cold-rooms, chillers.
• Air-conditioning experience on Split AC systems, VRV, AHU.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration and AC equipment.
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance.
• Complete all documentation for reactive and planned maintenance works.

The role of Refrigeration & amp; Air Conditioning Engineer is offered on a full-time, permanent basis in Stockton-on-Tees. The position commands an OTE salary of £52,000 to £58,000, dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-Time – Permanent. Salary: Competitive Salary, OTE £52,000 – £58,000. Location: Teesside, North Yorkshire.

Key Duties

• Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and repairs.
• Carry out routine planned preventive maintenance.
• Complete all documents associated with reactive & amp; planned preventive maintenance works.
• Liaise closely with the client (Commercial clients) to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Work in a safe and controlled manner following all necessary internal health & amp; safety processes and client specific site requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced Refrigeration & amp; Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 (FGas).
• Experience on a variety of refrigeration systems: fridge, freezers, display cabinets, cold‑rooms, chillers.
• Air‑conditioning experience on Split A/C systems, also VRV, AHU.
• Mechanical and Electrical skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Clean Enhanced DBS.
