Job summary

Valued Hire Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client’s team in Cardiff and the surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems on customer sites, with a focus on fault finding and high standards of customer service.

The role requires independence, a full UK driving licence and flexibility to participate in a call-out rota.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and technical skills.
• Relevant qualifications and accreditations.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.
• Independent working style and flexible for call-outs.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Fault finding and carrying out repairs.
• Planned and reactive maintenance.
• Attending customer sites and providing excellent customer service.
• Completing service reports and job sheets.
• Participating in a standby/emergency call-out rota.
• Working safely and in line with industry standards.
