Frasers Group is seeking an experienced freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver dynamic reformer classes at our Manchester-based gym. You will work with a diverse membership, helping members reach their fitness goals within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As part of Everlast Gyms' brand, you will join a team that stresses professional development, safety, and keeping clients engaged with innovative group sessions. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Experience delivering group reformer classes
• Insurance and relevant certificates required

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group training sessions, tailoring exercises to individual client needs and fitness levels
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of equipment
• Motivate and encourage clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals
• Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Participate in gym promotions and member retention initiatives
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques
• Collaborate with other gym staff to create a positive and supportive atmosphere
