Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join on a freelance basis at our Leeds/Birstall facility. You will lead small to mid-size reformer classes, tailor sessions to individual needs, and help members achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The role focuses on safe technique, injury prevention, and ongoing client development, with opportunities to participate in promotions and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
• Confident in teaching group reformer classes and adapting for different abilities.
• Reliable with flexible freelance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group training sessions, tailoring exercises to individual client needs and fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Motivate and encourage clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
• Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Participate in gym promotions and member retention initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
