Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join on a freelance basis. You will deliver dynamic reformer classes to a diverse membership, supported by a readymade client base and state-of-the-art facilities.

You will work with a great team, gain exposure to our growth brand, and have access to marketing support, development programs, and regular mentor sessions with the Fitness Manager to help grow your business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
• Confident in teaching group reformer classes and adapting for different abilities.
• Reliable with flexible freelance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group training sessions, tailoring exercises to client needs and fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Motivate clients to push their limits and achieve fitness goals.
• Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Participate in gym promotions and member retention initiatives.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with gym staff to create a positive atmosphere.
