Job summary

EET (Essar Energy Transition) is seeking a Production Specialist at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port. You will maintain production work processes, support training content, and coach operators to improve technical and troubleshooting skills.

The role focuses on accuracy of procedures, continuous improvement, cost management, and compliance within an Upper Tier COMAH site; degree level or equivalent is required, with experience in refinery/manufacturing operations and strong

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent with industrial experience.
• Proven experience in refinery or manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to resolve problems and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor unit performance daily and optimize delivery plans.
• Develop three-month look-ahead production plans with site specialists.
• Contribute to operating instructions and investigate failures.
• Communicate guidelines and procedural updates across shift teams.
• Work with operations and technical support to resolve chronic issues.
• Support development and updating of start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Participate in change management, MOC, and project input.
• Review procedures for operability and communicate plant changes.
