Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Patient Pathway Nurse (RVN) to join the Hamilton Specialist Referrals team in the UK. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge within our busy wards environment.

You will work predominantly in our referral hospital with a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, supporting advanced clinical care across orthopaedic, neurology, soft tissue and internal medicine cases.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with an interest in client liaison and wards nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent client-focused experience by keeping clients informed and guiding care plans.
• Oversee patient admissions/discharges and manage inpatient care within the wards team.
• Act as a pivotal link between clients, clinicians and admin to ensure clear communication.
• Assist with audits and quality assurance within the hospital.
