Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an administrator to join the PAC team. The role focuses on accurate data entry into the Patient Administration System (PAS) and multiple databases, and processing referrals in line with standard operating procedures.

You will monitor the referral process for delays, escalate issues to the supervisor and assistant PAC manager, and apply knowledge of data protection alongside meticulous data handling.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Experience of data entry is essential.
• Knowledge of data protection is required.
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
