About the role
This role involves being a core member of the NHSE Sickle Cell ED Bypass Pathway, enabling patients in crisis to bypass emergency departments for specialist care. As a substantive ACP, you will shape and sustain this care model, providing timely, high-quality, patient-centered treatment within a multidisciplinary team.
North Mid is part of the North Central London ICS, working closely with NHS and local authority partners across Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. We focus on shared decision-making, training, and providing excellent clinical care, including training medical students from UCL and St George’s, and nursing students from Middlesex and City Universities.
Must have UK professional registration. Post is subject to DBS checks under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) 2020.
