About the role

The post is located within Red Kite School, a new school based in Princes Risborough near Aylesbury.

Working independently within the overall framework of service policies and procedures, you will collaborate with existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support service development and quality assurance.

Our clinical teams foster empowering environments where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their needs. All settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible.

Location: Red Kite School, Buckinghamshire

Red Kite School is a new specialist school in Aylesbury supporting young people aged 11-18 with complex needs.

  • Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registered with HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Strategic leadership abilities.
  • Collaborative working skills with key partners.
  • Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills.
  • Continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Data management skills for service delivery, development, and projects.
