Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the Recycling Department in Daventry. You will handle recyclable materials, bale cardboard, and maintain a clean, organised working environment in a busy warehouse.

The role is physically active, requires a hands‑on approach, and offers immediate start with two shift options (AM and PM). Ongoing temporary work with training provided where required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and physically fit candidates.
• Hands‑on job involving manual handling.
• Willingness to be flexible across shifts and days.

Responsibilities

• Moving and sorting recyclable materials around the warehouse.
• Baling cardboard and preparing materials for recycling.
• Breaking down cardboard boxes and handling recyclable waste.
• Carrying out regular manual handling tasks safely.
• Moving materials to the correct designated areas.
• Keeping the recycling department clean, tidy and organised.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
