Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is recruiting Recycling Operatives for night shifts at a well-established waste management site in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10). The role involves sorting waste materials and operating sorting machinery, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be reliable, able to stand for long periods, physically fit, and capable of lifting up to 25kg. Transport to site is required due to location.

Responsibilities

• Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
• Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
• Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
• Hardworking and reliable
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives (NIGHTS) to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10).

Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.

Please Note: Due to the location of the company, you will require our own transport or live very local.

NIGHTS: 10pm – 6am

Sunday to Thursday (No Friday Working)
