Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is seeking Night Recycling Operatives for our well-established client in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10). You will sort and segregate waste, operate sorting machinery, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work night shifts and have access to transport or live nearby. Training and supervision will be provided to meet daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste sorting or recycling operations preferred.
• Own transport or live nearby due to site location.
• Comfort with night shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sort and segregate plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste.
• Operate sorting machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming waste to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the stream.
• Monitor disposal processes to optimize resource recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area.
