Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for Recycling/Waste Disposal Operatives in Reading. This hands-on role involves sorting materials, heavy lifting and working outdoors on a busy site with concrete, bricks and timber. Full training is provided, PPE and uniform are supplied, and there is a weekly pay cycle.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with immediate starts available on a temp-to-perm basis.

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate building materials such as concrete, bricks and timber.
• Handle, load and move materials around the site.
• Carry out regular heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Keep the yard clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of a supportive team to meet site needs.

We are currently looking for Recycling/Waste Disposal Operatives to join a busy site in Reading, working with a range of building materials including concrete, bricks and timber.

This is a hands-on and physically demanding role, involving heavy lifting, so you will need to be comfortable working with heavier materials throughout the day.
