The role of a Team Leader:

As a billing Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance working alongside the Branch Manager. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some team leader experience in education or social care agency recruitment.

• Essential - Previous 360 recruitment experience leading a team in Education or temporary recruitment.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets.
• Ability to drive strong activity levels.
• Previous work within a high compliance sector.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• A high standard of written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive work with central support teams.
• Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to details.
