Qualifications

• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective, existing, and lapsed clients.
• Building relationships and identifying recruitment opportunities.
• Gathering information on hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Booking appointments and generating opportunities for the recruitment team.
• Supporting business development activity and maintaining accurate records.
