Job summary

R&V Group Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our friendly team. This full-time, office-based role offers training from day one and a varied daily workload.

You will coordinate temporary worker placements, manage our recruitment database, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients while supporting workforce planning. Weekend and Bank Holiday shifts on a rota basis are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings.
• Building great relationships with candidates and clients.
• Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date.
• Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered.
• Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service.
