Job summary

R&V Group Ltd is expanding and is seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our friendly team in Desborough. This is a full-time, office-based role with training from day one and ongoing support as you grow with the company.

You will coordinate temporary worker placements, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, manage the recruitment database, and support workforce planning to ensure client shifts are covered.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Office-based, full-time role with rotating shifts.
• Weekend and Bank Holiday availability on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings
• Building great relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing recruitment database and keeping records up to date
• Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered
• Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service
