Job summary

Halton Borough Council is looking for an experienced and confident Service Manager - Recruitment and Resourcing to lead its Recruitment and Resourcing Team through a period of change and development.

This key leadership role sits in the HR Service Centre with responsibility for the performance, direction and delivery of the Recruitment and Resourcing service across the Council, including the contingent workforce and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading recruitment/resourcing teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and resourcing processes and legislation.
• Experience of organisational change and service redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Recruitment and Resourcing Team with performance management.
• Provide strategic leadership to improve recruitment processes and customer experience.
