Prospero Group is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Southampton team. You will conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates, advertise vacancies, source candidates, and coordinate each stage from application to offer. You’ll also support with candidate mailers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and branch network.
• Coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment with the team.
• Support candidate mailers and data entry/administration.
