Prospero Group is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer for their Southampton team. The role involves telephone interviewing, advertising vacancies, and sourcing candidates via social media and job boards. You will coordinate each stage from application to offer and support candidate mailers and data entry.

We value drive, willingness to learn, and a positive, can-do attitude. Graduate or equivalent is desirable and relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a related field or transferable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching and branch network.
• Coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
• Support with candidate mailers and data entry/administration.
