You will source candidates across boards, screen CVs, and move candidates from first contact to placement while managing multiple roles and bookings. The position offers training, progression into consultant roles, and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Filling vacancies to tight deadlines - often same-day or next-day
• Managing multiple roles, candidates, and bookings at once
• Handling last-minute issues such as no-shows, sickness, and cancellations
• Keeping regular contact with candidates to confirm availability and attendance
• Supporting consultants and ensuring client requirements are met
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
