Job summary

Supreme Recruitment Services Limited in Coleshill is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our busy team. The role focuses on resourcing, screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to client opportunities, with an emphasis on practical on-site recruitment.

You will manage candidates end-to-end, maintain strong relationships with clients, and handle admin tasks, scheduling interviews by phone and email, and working as part of a friendly, proactive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with 360 recruitment lifecycle and on-site recruitment is required.
• Strong candidate management, screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Supreme Recruitment have recently moved to a lovely town in Coleshill.

We are a small, very established Industrial Recruitment Consultancy established in 1998 and to this day we still supply many companies we started out with - this is a testimony to the way we treat our customers.

Busy office and due to growth we are now looking for someone to join our very friendly team and fill a key position within our company.

This would suit someone with 360 recruitment experience who wants to focus on resourcing. On site recruitment experience is desired.

Duties to include

• Strong candidate management skills
• Screening experience
• Interviewing and selecting quality candidates
• Reactive and able to work responsibly
• All aspects of administration
• Extensive telephone and face to face communication with potential candidates and customers
• Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
• Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
• Establishing contacts to help build the client database
• Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates
• Respond to general consultancy enquiries
• Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Building relationships with clients on a daily basis
• General data admin and paperwork

The right person for this role should be experienced in a similar role, flexible to undertake different duties, working as part of a team, confident and bubbly. Someone who likes talking to people. Organised with excellent communication skills. To succeed in this particular role you'll need to be an excellent judge of character and be able to think on your feet to match candidates to relevant job opportunities quickly and effectively. You should also be a confident communicator, as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities.
