Job summary

MSS Infrastructure is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer for our Watford Head Office to support a £100m turnover recruitment business. You will engage candidates across the rail and construction sectors, write job adverts, screen applicants, and help build a strong candidate pipeline.

You’ll join a small central team in a fast-paced environment, with clear training and development opportunities, performance rewards, and a modern office located near Watford Junction.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
• Confident use of IT systems and social media for resourcing.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn.
• Clear phone manner for screening potential candidates.

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our central team of six at our Watford Head Office, supporting a £100m turnover recruitment business specialising in the rail and construction infrastructure market.

What you’ll do

• Source, attract, and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the rail and construction sectors.
• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Manage applications, conduct initial screening, and build candidate pipelines.
• Support Recruitment Consultants with suitable candidates to meet urgent and future client needs.
• Use our database and tools to re-engage previous workers and maintain accurate candidate records.
