Job summary

MSS Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer for our Watford Head Office to support a 100m turnover business in the rail and construction infrastructure sectors.

You will join a central team of six and help source, screen, and build candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Based at Watford Head Office (2 mins from Watford Junction), the role offers training and development opportunities, plus a path to more senior recruitment positions within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing would be advantageous but not essential - a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are far more important - full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using IT systems and social media for resourcing
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Articulate phone manner for screening potential candidates

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the rail and construction sectors.
• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Manage applications, conduct initial screening, and build candidate pipelines.
• Support Recruitment Consultants with suitable candidates to meet urgent and future client needs.
• Use our database and tools to re-engage previous workers and maintain accurate candidate records.
