Job summary

Trostan Dene is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in Preston to support the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement sectors. You will source and engage candidates, manage pipelines, and coordinate interviews, while delivering an excellent candidate and client experience.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,000–£35,000 with a quarterly bonus, 37.5 hours per week, 33 days holiday, wellness scheme, and hybrid working after an initial training period.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required.

Benefits & Package (full-time equivalent):

• Basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Quarterly bonus scheme
• Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm, Friday 8.30am – 1pm (37.5 hours)
• 33 days holiday inc bank holidays

• Hybrid working after training period (2 days from home)
