Job summary

Huntress in Maidstone is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify and engage great candidates for a wide range of vacancies across business support, HR, finance, customer service, sales, IT and more.

You’ll source candidates via LinkedIn, our internal database and other platforms, build talent pools, conduct initial screening calls, shortlisting, write engaging ads, and support project campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is useful but not required.
• Strong communication, commercially aware and team-oriented.
• Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team in Maidstone.

Huntress is an independent recruitment business with a strong reputation across Kent and the wider UK. We work with a broad range of businesses, recruiting across areas including Business Support, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, IT and more.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, helping them identify and engage with great candidates for a wide range of vacancies.

Your role will include:

• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, our extensive internal database and other recruitment platforms
• Building and developing candidate talent pools
• Contacting candidates and understanding their experience and career requirements
• Conducting initial screening calls and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
• Supporting consultants with vacancy briefings and candidate searches
• Carrying out market research and identifying new candidate sources
• Keeping candidate records and information up to date
• Supporting the wider team with recruitment projects and campaigns

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and is naturally curious about what makes a good candidate.

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be useful, but it isn't essential. We’re also interested in people who have strong communication skills, are commercially aware and are looking to develop a career in recruitment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence speaking to people on the phone and via LinkedIn
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• A proactive approach and the willingness to learn
• Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms
