Job summary

Huntress in Maidstone is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify and engage great candidates for a wide range of vacancies across business support, HR, finance, customer service, sales, IT and more.

You’ll source candidates via LinkedIn, our internal database and other platforms, build talent pools, conduct initial screening calls, shortlisting, write engaging ads, and support project campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is useful but not required.
• Strong communication, commercially aware and team-oriented.
• Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, internal database, and other platforms.
• Building and developing candidate talent pools.
• Screening calls and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Writing and posting engaging job advertisements.
• Supporting consultants with vacancy briefings.
• Carrying out market research and identifying new sources.
• Keeping candidate records up to date.
• Supporting recruitment projects and campaigns.
