Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Recruitment Manager in Peterborough to build employer relationships and generate new opportunities within the Restart Scheme. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders to place participants and exceed KPIs, while promoting the scheme in the local community.

The role requires a track record in sales/account management or business development, willingness to travel locally, and experience presenting to clients.

Qualifications

• A successful track record of working in a sales environment, an account management or business development role.
• Experience working to targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet employers.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and win new clients.
• Plan and run events such as jobs fairs and employer days.
• Provide post-placement support and account management.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Promote the Restart Scheme within the community and raise awareness of its benefits.
• Build and sustain employer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisers and Skills Trainers to progress participants into work.
